Service Continuation Agreement

Do you own rental property served by NSTAR? Keeping the lights and/or heat on between tenant moves is a great way to ensure the safety and protection of your property.

Our Service Continuation Agreement will automatically place your rental property utility service in your name when tenants disconnect their service (unless they are disconnected for non-payment).
